WISA®-Birch Special
WISA-Birch Special and WISABirchLG Special are multipurpose high quality products for applications where beautiful, sound appearance and excellent strength are essential. Both products have a light, smooth and even surface, which offers an optimal base for overlaying methods and high quality painting. Due to their superb properties, uncoated WISA birch plywoods are widely used in the demanding vehicle, shipbuilding, construction and furniture industries.
WISA-Birch Special and WISA-BirchLG Special are manufactured from birch veneers glued together in a cross-banded construction.WISA-Birch Special is with surface veneer grain in short dimension and WISA-BirchLG Special with surface veneer grain in long dimension.
Weather resistant gluing according to EN 314-2/class 3 Exterior.
WISA-Birch Special and WISA-BirchLG Special fulfill the requirements of EN 13986 E1
low formaldehyde emission class.

All available surface qualities comply with the EN 635 standard (Plywood – Classification by surface appearance) and are in part stricter.
Improved S is for end uses where light, unified and even surface is required. Face is manufactured of one single sheet and is free from patches.
